We’ll need some basic information about your company director(s):
Full name
Date of birth (must be at least 16)
Occupation (you can write “Company Director”)

Service address (public)
Your director is legally responsible for the company — but we’ll ensure all details are submitted correctly and securely.
5️⃣ Shareholder Details & Share Capital
Every limited company must have at least one shareholder — often this is also the director.
We’ll need to know:
Total share capital of the company
How many shares each individual holds
Shareholder’s full name
Service address
Date of birth (for significant shareholders)
Nationality and nature of control
Three short pieces of security information, for example:
First 3 initials of mother’s maiden name or
First 3 initials of father’s name
